Hanbury Hall

To finish off their holiday Zoë and Paul went to the National Trust house Hanbury Hall last Tuesday. I had nothing else on that day so I went with them.

It was a really grey day and looked like it might rain at any moment, however we did manage to stay dry during our visit.

We had a short walk in the gardens, I admired the plants.

We stopped for some lunch, I shared Zoë’s quiche and salad.

We explored the house and the history of the people that lived there.

The walk up to the house is very pretty.

I sat on a bench as well as making use of the walls.

This is my favourite picture from the day, the sky looks really menacing!
