It was all very exciting yesterday as the Tour de France started, IN YORKSHIRE!!!

Zoë, Paul and I went to see the cyclists go through Masham with our friend Sam. The crowds were really big, which was great to see.

We found a spot that wasn’t too crowded and waited. First came the Caravan with all the funny sponsor vehicles, we even got some free stuff this time.

You can just see Cavendish in the middle of this one, he is in black.

After the peloton went by, which only took a few seconds! we walked down to the park with the big screen to see the end of the stage, which was exciting, but we were sad to see Cavendish finish up hurt on the ground.
