Trerice and Drizzle

Our visit to Trerice was rather damp. It was drizzling and misty.

The house is a rare example of an Elizabethan house in Cornwall and very interesting with a really long gallery and a hidden balcony overlooking the hall.

The knot garden was still looking a bit wintery.

We were able to have a go at brass rubbing, always good fun!

We finished our visit off with a massive, and very tasty, piece of lemon meringue pie!
